July 2, 2007 - Suites get "a new feel".

Cayo grande announced today a host of bedding upgrades.  Cayo grande's Deluxe Suites have been transformed into Deluxe King Suites by receiving all new King Serta Sapphire Plush mattresses and boxsprings.  In addition to the mattress the following changes were also implemented:

• Down Duvets
• 310 Thread Count Sheets
• 24 oz. Quilted Mattress Pad
• Two Feather Pillows and Two Poly-Fiber Pillows
• Bed Scarf
• Lumbar Pillow

The new bedding at Cayo grande was also implemented in all Standard Suites as well with the exception of the King Serta Sapphire Plush mattress.  Cayo grande's new bedding truly offers our guests a better quality sleep experience than bedding offered by other competitors.  We hope you enjoy it!

If you're wondering why guests are leaving Cayo grande with a smile on their faces, they'll tell you its due to Cayo grande's new Bath & Body Works Coconut Lime Verbena Bath Collection.  Cayo grande recently replaced its entire bath line and implemented the new Bath & Body Works line which now consists of:

• Coconut Lime Verbena Shampoo
• Coconut Lime Verbena Conditioner
• Coconut Lime Verbena Shower Gel
• Coconut Lime Verbena Lotion
• Coconut Lime Verbena Cleansing Bar
• Warm Vanilla Sugar Cleansing Bar

In addition, Cayo grande has also added curved shower rods and Waterpik Massaging Shower Heads to further enhance the total shower experience.

Cayo grande Suites Hotel announced today that it has selected Perot Systems as its provider in offering electronic commission payments to travel agencies.  Commission payments are now paid to travel agenices on a weekly basis versus monthly.  We are very pleased to offer this new system to our travel agent partners.

Cayo grande's newly renovated Villa pool makes a "Big Splash" with guests.  Cayo grande Suites Hotel unveiled its newly renovated Villa courtyard as a sign of things to come at Cayo grande.  The courtyard has been transformed featuring new pool tile and a pool deck with walkways showcasing cobblestone pavers.  Lush landscaping, bollard path way lighting, and chaise sling lounge chairs are but a few of the new additions which make the pool area a sight to behold.

Cayo grande Suites Hotel unveils its newly renovated Azalea Board Room.  The new look offers a more upscale and sophisticated appearence by offering high back leather chairs, stylized wall coverings and decor and enhanced lighting.  The Azalea Board room seats 12 and offers Wi-fi High Speed Internet.
